Eat Well, Be Well.  

Welcome to the Thomas D. Shaffner Hall - a stunning architectural masterpiece of over 10,000 square feet that houses the spacious LaCasce Dining Room.

Our students indulge in various delicious food items, including a large self-service salad bar, a sandwich station, a brick-oven pizza station, and various homemade desserts. At the Academy, we take pride in preparing over 4,200 meals throughout the year across 19 weekly sittings. Our talented kitchen staff uses a variety of recipes, including fresh produce from our garden. We purchase almost 23% of our food products from local sources, with 2% of the vegetables and fruits sourced directly from local farms. And, we plan to expand our farm-to-table menu options as we increase the size and operation of the Academy Farm.
