Mountainfilm on Tour — Fryeburg

Mountainfilm is an annual documentary film festival that showcases culturally rich, adventure-packed, and incredibly inspiring nonfiction stories about environmental, cultural, climbing, and political issues that matter. Along with exceptional documentaries, the festival goes beyond the film medium by bringing together people who value outdoor recreation and environmental stewardship for a multi-dimensional celebration of worthy causes. THE FOLLOWING LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE SET UP IN THE LOBBY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND ANSWER QUESTIONS: Wild Northeast Maine, Tin Mountain Conservation, The Access Fund, Global Awareness Local Action, Spice and Grain, The Appalachian Mountain Club, Mount Washington Climbers Coop, Kismet Rock Foundation, Mount Washington Weather Observatory, Maine Conservation Voters, Mount Washington Avalanche Center, Granite Backcountry Alliance. All proceeds will support outdoor programs at FA.
