Music Director Emeritus James Levine conducts the full-length German version of Mozart’s magical fable, seen in Julie Taymor’s spectacular production, which captures both the opera’s earthy comedy and its noble mysticism. Estimated run time - 3 hrs 10 mins. Please note there will not be a catered lunch before the opera, but we will have coffee and light snacks available during intermission. Joe De Vito will be hosting his Opera Lecture Series on Thursday, October 12th at 3 pm.
