🌐  📬Are you interested in gender equality? Empowering those around you to get involved and take action so that all girls, no matter where they live, may reach their full potential. Our club works towards gender equality in the school, our community, and beyond while also providing a safe space for women and gender non-conforming individuals to express their feelings and present ideas for change. Please join us during lunch on Friday @ 11:30 am in the library for our first school year meeting!
Students who are signed up to take the SAT and PSAT please submit payment as soon as possible- THE DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT IS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5 : SAT: $60, PSAT: $18.00. (Boarding students- we will charge your account unless you prefer to provide payment by the deadline.) Please bring your payment to Ms. Heininger, SH107 or leave it with Mrs. Ouellette in the Dean's Office; cash or check made out to Fryeburg Academy. Thank you.
🌐  📬Interested in life? Interested in science challenges, field trips, hiking and more? Join the FA Biology Club this Thursday @ 10:45 in science 107. We meet every other Thursday.
📬Project Green Nature (GN) club is our school's environmental science club. If you have any interest in the outdoors or climate change, come to our first meeting Thursday 9/29 to room 103 in the science building. Our meetings will be every Thursday at the beginning of lunch.
FAFA Club (Fryeburg Academy Fiber Arts Club) will meet every Friday during lunch in True House 1. Right behind the PAC. Bring your current crocheting, knitting, felting or string project and chat and craft.
Please remember that ALL dining hall dishes need to stay in the dining room and be returned to the dish room!
📬ATTENTION WRITERS & ARTISTS: COME JOIN (or come back to) WRITER'S CLUB & SALON!~ Do you like or love to write (any kind of writing?) Do you like to make visual art (of any kind)? Then this is the club for you :-D
We will have our first writer's club meeting SEPTEMBER 27TH, at 2:45pm in Room 215 MB (Ms. Duncan's classroom). Come prepared to learn about what the club is up to, what we generally do at meetings, and discuss what we'd like to do this year. And, of course — come prepared to write!
