Theda Stearns Gilman '48
Theda Stearns Gilman passed away after a short illness on January 17, 2018 at 88 years of age. She was born on December 25, 1929 in Lovell, Maine.
Theda graduated Class of 1948, from Fryeburg Academy, Fryeburg, Maine. Mom was a loving and dedicated mother. She was an exceptional homemaker.
Theda is survived by brother Robert Stearns, Sons Dale(Carol) and Glenn(Jackie) Gilman, step-daughter Emily Ann(Rick) Stocker; grandchildren, Nathan Stocker, Elizabeth(Jesse)Hake, Joanna(Martin) Ledoux, Cayla Minear, Kevin, Jacob, Matthew(Asheigh) Gilman; great-children, Nessa, Tobin, Tabitha Hake and Ruby Harun.
Theda was preceded in death by her parents, George and Avis Stearns, Husband George Gordon Gilman, Step-son Philip Gilman and sister Barbara Stearns Hohu.
A graveside gathering will be held on February 23rd at 11:00AM at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Rd, Phoenix.
