Jeanette Rideout Driscoll '79

Jeanette L. Rideout Driscoll of Holland, MA, was called home unexpectedly April 5, 2019, with family by her side. 
Born May 10, 1961, in Hartford, Conn. The daughter of Wayne N. Rideout and Carol L. Stevens lived in Holland until she moved to Maine in 1971.
Jeanie, as her family referred to her, attended schools in Holland, Bridgton, Maine, and Fryeburg, Maine. She graduated Fryeburg Academy, Fryeburg, in 1979 with many academic honors. Then, she graduated from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine in 1981 where she was a reporter for their paper, The Argus.
She also graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 1989 obtaining her degree in accounting. She married Devon Driscoll in 1986. She moved back to her family home in Holland in 1990.
She held various accounting positions with several companies and hospitals. She was a Girl Scout, Rainbow Girl and played the violin. She loved to read, watch hockey and anything Celtic. She spent her spare time crocheting for her family. Next to her love of God, her daughter and grandchildren were her world.
Jeanie leaves behind her beloved daughter, Keeley Hamblin of Charlton, Mass. Her world, her grandchildren, Aine, Triton, and Serenity. She also leaves her father, Wayne Rideout, and wife, Debby, of Boynton Beach, Fla.; mother, Carol Richardson of Fryeburg; plus a very blended family; her sisters, Karen Gilman of Rockland, Maine; Catherine Cross and husband, Gene, of Naples, Maine; Linda Stubbs of Patten, Maine; Jolene Paige and husband, Clark, of Grottoes, Va.; and Camelot Guertin and husband, Doug, of Florida; her brothers, Wayne Rideout Jr.; Paul Rideout and wife, Patti, both of Denmark, Maine; Jason Newbury and wife, Michelle; Abram Baldinger both of Tolland, Conn.; Warren Richardson and wife, Teresa, of Fryeburg; Wade Richardson and wife, Tina, of Brownfield, Maine. Plus aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends coast to coast.
She was predeceased by her stepfather, Harold Richardson, who passed April 5, 2003. Services will be held at a later date at her church.
