Christopher M. Gordon '81, President
Chris Gordon has a longstanding connection to Fryeburg Academy. He graduated in 1981 and grew up on campus. His father, Jack Gordon, was Assistant Headmaster and taught at the Academy for almost 40 years.
Chris’ mother, Grace Weston Gordon ‘54, was also an alumna and one-time president of the FA Alumni Association; and his grandfather, John Weston ’27, served on the Board of Trustees. Chris received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine, and an MS in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is currently President of the Dirigo Group, an international consulting entity based in Boston advising on public and private real estate and infrastructure projects worldwide. Chris also teaches at the MIT Center for Real Estate and at Harvard Business School. He lives in Winchester, Massachusetts, with his wife, Cici, and their two children, Tucker and Tate. The Gordons also have a home here in Fryeburg.
