A Passion for Lifelong Fitness

At Fryeburg Academy, we are committed to providing our student-athletes with all the necessary tools and support to help them reach their full athletic potential.

Our focus is on developing skilled student-athletes who not only understand the intricacies of competition, but also have a passion for lifelong fitness. We believe that with our guidance and resources, our student-athletes can become champions both on and off the field.

Summer Strength & Conditioning

June 17th-August 16th

High School Sessions: Mon, Wed., & Fri.

8:00-9:30 am, 9:30-11:00 am, & 5:00-6:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday

9:00-10:30 am, 4:00-5:30 pm, 5:30-7:00 pm

Middle School Sessions: (entering grades 7th and 8th): Tues. & Thurs. 

8:00-9:00 am
