Ada Cram Wadsworth Arena + John H. Atwood Stadium
Looking for a state-of-the-art fitness facility to help you meet your fitness goals? Look no further than the Ada Cram Wadsworth Arena and John H. Atwood Stadium!
This impressive facility boasts a 31,000-square-foot gymnasium, which features three full-sized basketball courts, an indoor track, a wrestling facility, a sports training room, a modern fitness center, eight locker rooms, athletic offices, and a conference room.
The arena is named after Ada Cram Wadsworth, who was the sister of Bion R. Cram - a member of the Class of 1933, for whom the library was named. Furthermore, the building's Gibson name remains as a testament to the generous donation given by Mr. Gibson's niece, Mrs. Woodbury, from North Conway, NH.
The recently built John H. Atwood Stadium seats 640 spectators and houses the Clarence E. Mulford Field, a synthetic turf field suitable for soccer, football, boys' and girls' lacrosse, and field hockey. The facility also boasts a newly built scoreboard, press box, sound system, and outdoor exterior lighting for night competitions.
