Juniors & Seniors! Take a free 3-credit college course this summer with SMCC. Sessions start June 28 and July 12. FIRST, get FA approval- complete the google form, then go to the OnCourse for College portal, select High School Student, create a new account and complete an application.
There will be a student council meeting Monday at 2 in Ms. Lheureux’s room. All are welcome!
Photo Contest: This month's theme is product photography and the deadline is Friday, April, 16th.
Seniors! Tin Mountain Conservation Scholarship- award: $1,500. For students pursuing an education in Environmental Sciences or related fields such as Forestry, Biology, Botany, or Environmental Education. Application deadline: April 16; please see attached for the application.
Seniors! Fryeburg Veterinary Hospital Scholarship- award: $1,000. For a graduating senior student interested in the veterinary field. Students enrolling in veterinary medicine, animal science, biology or other health related fields are also eligible. Application deadline: April 16; please see attachment for the application.
Seniors! New Hampshire Charitable Foundation- awards average $4,600. Numerous opportunities mostly for NH residents, some are open to Maine students. Fill out the online application ONCE and you will automatically be considered for ALL programs sharing the online application. Deadline: April 16; please go to the link provided for more information and to apply.

Seniors! Clark McDermith Community Service, Denmark Lions Club Scholarship; award: $1,000. For seniors who are residents of Denmark, Maine, and who have provided service to others. Application deadline: April 15. Please see attachment to apply.
Seniors! Molly Ockett Medical Scholarship Fund of the DAR; award: TBD. For Maine residents who plan to pursue studies in nursing or physical therapy at a two or four-year college. Application deadline: April 15; please go to link provided for more information and to apply.
Seniors! Settlers Green Outlet Village Scholarship- award: $1,000. Must be an employee of Settlers Green or Settlers Crossing, or be the son or daughter of a current Settlers employee. Application deadline: April 15- please return it to Ms. Heininger or your school counselor. Please see attachment for the application; they are also available in the Shaffner Hall conference room.
Seniors! White Mountain Milers Scholarship- award: TBD. An intense commitment to, or outstanding achievement in track, cross-country or road running, or high achievement in athletic pursuits related to running, outstanding academic achievement, important community involvement, especially the support of local athletic events. Application deadline: April 15; return it to Ms. Heininger or your school counselor. Please see attachment for the application.
Seniors! National Assoc. of Women in Construction, Maine Division scholarships- award: $500-$1,000. Maine resident or attending a school in Maine, studying construction related field.
