What Parents Are Saying...
Being in the dorms and living with the other students was such a positive growing experience for our daughter. We were thrilled with the entire experience. She would call home and talk about the Journalism class she was taking and the assignments that sparked deep thought. She loved the arts programming as well. The field trips were excellent! She called to tell us all about the science labs and the visits to various college campuses. It was a wonderful way to spark her excitement about college. This camp was a terrific opportunity for her to extend herself, make new friends, and learn how to feel comfortable with peers from other countries. We cannot wait for another opportunity to do this again next year.
Our son was so happy and had a wonderful experience in Fryeburg this summer. He really enjoyed it and learned a lot, and is already looking forward to coming back next summer. We can imagine how much hard work goes into organizing this summer camp, so we wanted to thank you!
What a transformative experience our son had at Fryeburg's summer program. We were so impressed with the campus, facilities, classes, activities, and the teachers and support staff. He loved his experience and the people he met there. He truly blossomed.
A Note About Our Outdoor Activities:
Maine, also known as "Vacationland," is famous for its natural beauty. Summer Term participants will have the chance to enjoy a range of outdoor adventures, including hiking and canoeing.
While some activities may encourage students to step outside their comfort zones, they are designed to be accessible for all levels of athleticism and require no prior experience.
