John Foster '75

John H Foster, age 69 formerly of Conway NH, passed away on Wednesday December 10, 2025, he was born on March 19, 1956, in Bridgton, a son of the late Norman “Ben” and Myrtle (Bryant) Foster. 

He was a shining example of brotherly love and kindness. John was an active resident of the Center of Hope and known for his chair caning prior to moving to Wolfeboro. Mt Washington Valley was his home, and he built a network of friends and acquaintances through his selfless service. He took great joy in sharing news and stories about the lives of those he considered friends. John's gift for connecting with people allowed him to form lasting bonds. 

John was predeceased by his loving parents, Norman and Myrtle Foster, his brothers Gerald (Jerry) and Maynard Foster and sister Eleanor Forster Durgan. 

He is survived by brothers Harold Foster (Patty) of Yucaipa, CA and Henry Foster (Holly) of Fryeburg, ME. As well as several nieces and nephews. Services will be private.
