On May 21-22, six delegates from Fryeburg Academy participated in the Maine Junior Classical League (MEJCL) Spring Convention in Winthrop, Maine, earning the following awards:

Alimzhan Amirkul ’26 claimed first place at the Maine Chess Championship tournament held in Waterville from April 25–27.

In March, the Fryeburg Academy FFA Officer Team visited Molly Ockett School, the Maine Environmental Science Academy (MESA), and New Suncook School to get students excited about agriculture.

On March 18th, our school community celebrated the finalists of the Academy's Annual Speech Prize event.

On March 17th, Fryeburg Academy inducted 27 new members into the B.W. Tinker Chapter of the National Honor Society, recognizing their accomplishments in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. 

On March 12, Fryeburg Academy held its annual Winter Athletic Awards Ceremony to honor student-athletes who were recognized for their commitment and participation in their respective sports.

The Academy’s music program, directed by Mike Sakash, continues to excel. We’re proud of the achievements and hard work of our students.
